The Tempmate-M1 USB Data Logger
Perfect for temperature logging of cold chain transport, the Tempmate-M1 is battery-powered and easily programmable with an LCD display and a USB plug-in. It is successfully used during cold chain logistics to instantly measure and records temperature sensitive consignments, and to take consistent measurements at regular intervals.
The lightweight design makes this ideal for community nursing teams; midwives; occupational health therapists; and emergency services; or any provider who is responsible for handling or moving temperature-sensitive vaccines or medicines. Vaccine transport bags must keep contents in cold chain between +2oC and +8oC and this handy device helps provide demonstrable evidence of quality control for all of your thermal handling processes.
With accuracy of to plus or minus half a degree, between minus 30 and plus 70 degrees centigrade, the Tempmate-M1 is lightweight and compact enough to work seamlessly with our range of Porta Thermal Cold Chain bags. It can be set to sample at regular intervals between 10 seconds and 24 hours and will store up to 32,000 readings on the device. Reporting is output via a PDF report containing both tabular and graphical logs of the data, or you can use the free Tempbase software to individually configure the loggers and carry out detailed data analysis and data management.
It is worth noting that the Tempmate-M1 is exempt from IATAs Dangerous Goods Regulations and is therefore, a perfect solution for use in air freight logistics.
If required, the Tempmate-M1 can be upgraded with an external sensor probe at a small additional cost.
Additional Information:
The Tempmate-M1 is often purchased alongside our range of Porta Thermal Cold Chain Vaccine Carry Bags, to evidence that vaccines and temperature-sensitive medicines are and have been kept in cold chain for the duration of their transportation.
