  • Neurotip test for assessing reduced sensation to sharpness/ pain in small nerve fibres. The calibrated spring mechanism exerts a force of 40g to help assess patients

  • Monofilament test for assessing protective touch/pressure sensation in large nerve fibres.

  • The Neuropen® Monofilament provides a measured 10g force to accurately assess reduced pressure perception.
  • The main body of the Neuropen® is designed to be used again and again.

Neuropen® Monofilaments are replaceable monofilaments for use in the Neuropen®, which exert a force of 10g onto the skin to assess protective touch/pressure sensation in large nerve fibres- they are not supplied with the Neuropen, but can be ordered here
