Fully Automatic Defibrillators are especially suited to public spaces and can be used by persons with little to no training or experience. Once pads have been applied to the casualty, Fully Automatic Defibrillators work immediately without human input, such as pushing a button.

A Fully Automatic Defibrillator will analyse and measure the casualties heart rate once the pads have been applied. The Fully Automatic Defibrillator will then self-charge and  deliver a life-saving shock to the casualty without the need for human input.
